Reviews and Ratings
Botaira Resort is a peaceful spot with breathtaking views and stunning snorkeling opportunities, but it faces some challenges. While the service is friendly and the unique experiences like hikes and kava ceremonies are memorable, the dining options lack variety and can be inconsistent. The facilities are a bit underwhelming, and the resort could use better management and more staff to handle busy periods.
My stay at Botaira was a refreshing escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The natural beauty surrounding the resort is truly breathtaking, with incredible snorkeling opportunities just steps from the beach. While the accommodations are basic and do not offer air conditioning, the experience of connecting with nature and the friendly service more than made up for this. However, be prepared for salty shower water and limited power availability at night.
Botaira Island Resort has a stunning location with gorgeous views and a nice beach, making it a great spot for relaxation. The rooms are well-maintained and quite charming, but the dining experience left something to be desired. While the staff were friendly and the activities provided were enjoyable, there are significant issues with the sustainability and health of the reef that affect snorkeling opportunities.
We enjoyed our stay at Botaira with its beautiful scenery and the chance to disconnect. The rooms were basic but comfortable, and we appreciated the friendly atmosphere created by the staff. However, the limited dining options and issues with the bathroom water were drawbacks. The lack of air conditioning and the power going off at midnight made nighttime a bit uncomfortable.
My stay at the resort was wonderful overall, especially enjoying the stunning beach and the numerous snorkeling opportunities. The rooms were spacious but could use some modernization. While the dining experience offered lovely moments like Lovo night, it fell short in variety and quality, particularly during lunch and dinner. The peaceful atmosphere made it easy to unwind, but the service could be spotty at times.
